Refund and cancellation guidance for Nimble Drift horseback, conservation, and trail experiences.

General Position
Nimble Drift bookings, deposits, experience payments, programme payments, and related fees are generally non-refundable unless Nimble Drift confirms an exception in writing. This approach helps protect limited availability, guide scheduling, horse preparation, conservation planning, and reserved guest places.
Enquiries Before Payment
Website contact forms and Plan Your Stay submissions are enquiries only. No refund position applies until Nimble Drift has confirmed booking terms, payment requirements, and any cancellation conditions for a specific guest, group, or programme.
Confirmed Bookings
Once a booking, date, place, programme, or itinerary has been confirmed and payment has been made, refunds are not normally provided for guest cancellation, non-arrival, changed travel plans, unsuitable riding ability, incomplete travel documents, illness, weather disruption, missed transport, or personal circumstances.
Date Changes and Credits
Nimble Drift may, at its discretion, offer a date change, itinerary adjustment, or credit toward a future experience where this is operationally possible. Any credit, transfer, or rescheduling option must be confirmed by Nimble Drift in writing and may be subject to availability, seasonal pricing, third-party costs, or programme requirements.
Changes by Nimble Drift
Horseback, wildlife, conservation, and outdoor experiences may need to change because of animal welfare needs, guide judgment, weather, reserve conditions, safety concerns, operational priorities, or other circumstances outside Nimble Drift's control. Nimble Drift may adjust routes, activities, timings, horses, guides, or programme details where needed.
Third-Party Costs
Travel, accommodation, transport, visa, insurance, medical, banking, payment processing, or other third-party costs are not refunded by Nimble Drift unless Nimble Drift has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Travel Insurance
Guests should arrange suitable travel, medical, cancellation, and activity insurance before confirming a booking. Insurance should cover horseback activities, conservation participation, travel disruption, illness, injury, evacuation, and personal cancellation where relevant.
How to Request a Review
If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, contact Nimble Drift at bookings@nimbledrift.com with your name, booking details, payment reference, and reason for the request. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund, credit, or date change.
